BUY PRINTS ONLINE:
Our Galleries contain a fully functioning shopping cart. While viewing the Galleries, clicking the "Buy/View Cart" button will open the Shopping Cart window. We only accept PayPal at this time, but you do not need a PayPal account to purchase. Simply follow the instructions at checkout time for credit card use.

Checkout can be completed directly to our secure PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account, you may pay by credit card. This is the easiest, most efficient way to purchase. You may also email us your order and wait for confirmation before sending a check via postal mail.

Our Shopping Cart contains our standard purchase options for prints. Of course, you may have a special need or request. We have many customization options ranging from print sizing, frames, color variations (black and white, duotone/tritone etc), paper options (matte/gloss/metallic, etc), and electronic file size options.

Normal print processing takes 3 to 5 days. Orders will be processed once payment has been received and cleared. We normally ship standard sized prints/items via USPS Priority Mail (you should receive your order within 7-10 days and possibly sooner after receipt of payment). Oversized items larger than 12x18 may have additional processing time. For rush delivery or other shippping options, please contact us for more info before placing an order.

RETURNS:
Once a print is purchased, the actual physical material cost is non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your image quality, we will work with you to make sure you get the image you desire, within reason. Excessive re-work time will be billed accordingly. Additional print media, matting, and/or framing will be billed at a 50% discount. As with most online merchants, we do not refund shipping fees, nor pay for return shipping on any re-worked items.

LICENSING AND COPYRIGHT INFO:
Exposure:Buffalo Photography is the sole copyright holder to all of the images on this site and in our library. The photographs on this site may not be reproduced in any way. The compositions of all photos on this website and in our library are intellectual property of Exposure:Buffalo Photography. Derivative works are forbidden (our images cannot be used as the basis for paintings or illustrations, and cannot be copied and/or manipulated in any way). Derivative works constitute copyright infringement and will be prosecuted as such. Exposure:Buffalo Photography retains copyright ownership of all images regardless of the purchase or usage type. You have the right to view this site for personal use and are not granted any other rights. You may not use the images for any purpose without express written consent and payment of a licensing fee.

In the event that an infringement is detected, you will be notified and invoiced the United States industry-standard TRIPLE FEE for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for copyright infringement in U.S. Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of $100,000 (US) statutory damages as well as our court costs and attorneys' fees.

For extended licensing (advertising, billboards, publications, broacast media, etc.) please contact us with your details so proper license and fees can be calculated.

Purchased prints may not be reproduced in any way. Purchasing a print does not grant extended usage. Reproducing or using a purchased print for any intent other than personal non-commercial display is not authorized and constitutes copyright and license infringement.
